  3. Cancellation by adnova: In rare cases, adnova reserves the right to cancel a subscription if there is a violation of our terms of service or for any other reason deemed necessary by the company. In such cases, customers will be notified, and refunds may be issued at the discretion of adnova.

Refund Policy:

  1. Monthly Subscriptions: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for monthly subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted through our support channel within the specified timeframe.
  2. Annual Subscriptions: Refunds for annual subscription plans will only be provided within the first 30 days of the initial subscription purchase. After this period, refunds will not be issued for annual subscriptions.
  3. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the subscription purchase. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution's policies.
